Note on Contribution Laws

There are no contribution limits for legislative races in Texas for individuals, partnerships, PACs, LLCs and PCs. Donations cannot be accepted from corporations and labor unions. Contributions are not tax deductible. The campaign must collect contributor name and address for each contribution. If your contribution(s) exceed $500 in a six month period, you must also provide your job title and employer name.
